Noah Cohen has been a Director at a Tech Consulting firm and a Consultant to startups and Fortune 100 companies. He is also classically trained Singer who has performed nearly 1,000 concerts. He performs and teaches Improv comedy in Seattle, WA.

Early in his consulting career, Noah was too timid to speak up in meetings, and was told that he “needed to develop executive presence.” Just a few years later, he was leading meetings with C-Level executives and debating with VPs of a Fortune 100 company. He did this by changing his mindset and learning new skills.

Mindset: Two key ideas — first that everyone has something to say, and second that when you come to situations genuinely looking for ways for everyone to come out ahead, people will be receptive to what you share.
